With Cosmos Contents initiated the upper-class Japanese-style bar business named KAMADO as an overseas license brand in 2002, and opened the first restaurant in Hong Kong in 2003 and subsequently the second one, and then opened a restaurant in Shanghai as a licensee.

Moreover, we formed a partnership with Venture Link Co., Ltd. (2-1-13 Kotobuki, Taito-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Nobuhiko Matsumoto) in December 2004, and then opened a restaurant in Taiwan based on the direct management of Venture Link in 2005, and opened "KAMADO" in Shenzhen.

Then, in October 2006, it was decided, via the conclusion of a new contract with Venture Link Co., Ltd., that Venture Link Co., Ltd. would expand the business of "KAMADO" as the overseas master licenser.

Pursuant to this contract, our company will not make any overseas license contracts regarding KAMADO, and will develop and introduce licensees from now on. In addition, we will continue to manage the know-how and trademarks regarding the existing licensee stores that had received their licenses directly from our company.
